elliot moss shares his exceptional story with seven hills

This afternoon we were thrilled to welcome Elliot Moss to SH HQ to speak as part of the Seven Hills Academy.  Elliot, who is the Director of Business Development at Mishcon de Reya, brought brilliant and humorously delivered insight into his role developing the law firm’s brand positioning and client management skills.

Speaking about his career that has spanned 12 years in the advertising industry through to his current role with Mishcon de Reya, Elliot shared his top tips in being a trusted advisor to clients emphasising the importance of working with an interrogative attitude, an obsessive sense of professionalism and care, along with a need to think pro-actively, values that resonated strongly with the Seven Hills team.

A great believer in forming effective partnerships, he spoke about the importance of Mishcon’s association with the FT and also shared the intriguing story behind the creation of Jazz Shapers, a radio show he presents on Jazz FM. With over 250 guests Jazz shaper interviews that have included guests such as Luke Johnson, Lord Bilimoria and Jo Malone, Elliot highlighted his belief that interesting marketing content that provides value is a great way to build  brand credibility.

In addition to his lessons from industry,  Elliot spoke with the Seven Hills team about some of the personal attributes he’s developed throughout his career; energy, optimism and curiosity and how they have helped him to do well.
