The report was launched at the Freeformers Future of Work Summit, a gathering of C-Suite leaders from the financial services, technology and digital industries.

The event at The Trampery Old Street featured several panel discussions on the opportunities and challenges brought to light in the report. Conversations on stage ranged from how banks can adapt to keep up with online innovation, how Workplace by Facebook is helping colleagues keep in touch and the rise and use of augmented intelligence in the office.

Era Sahni, Head of Ecosystem Partnerships (EMEA) at Workplace by Facebook, Nate Lanxon, Consumer Technology Reporter at Bloomberg and Lord Jim Night, Chief Education Adviser at TES Global took part in the panels.

Freeformers drew the event to a close with the announcement that it is set to launch a reverse mentorship scheme in collaboration with BiTC.
