Michael Hayman and Nick Giles

mission: discover your campaigning mindset

Over the last year Seven Hills co-founders Michael Hayman and Nick Giles have been hard at work on a book for Penguin, which we are delighted to say will publish next month.

MISSION: How the Best in Business Break Through makes the case that a new wave of business is in the ascendancy: one driven by purpose – not just profit – and populated by a new generation of entrepreneur leaders that see business as a force for good in society.

The book is based on the insights of those who have created and grown world-beating businesses, and outlines a new formula for commercial success:

  • Mission: Establishing your driving purpose
  • Campaigning: Turning mission into market reality
  • Momentum: The measure of success: relative speed of growth

Interviewees included Airbnb co-founder Joe Gebbia, Whole Foods founder John Mackey, Ella’s Kitchen founder Paul Lindley, Decoded co-founder Kathryn Parsons and former M&S chief executive Lord Rose.

Mission is published by Portfolio Penguin and hits shelves on 2nd July. You can pre-order now from Amazon and more information is available here – www.mission.business.
