Pants to Poverty Steals the Show at Future Leaders Fete

Young Aussie business talent was out in force earlier this week at the Future Leaders Fete at County Hall.

The event, hosted by Australia Business and sponsored by Qantas and PwC, was organised as part of the Australia Business Challenge Series, an ‘Apprentice’ style competition in which three teams of four are competing to conduct the most outstanding networking event for the young professional market.

School for Startups’ marketing director, Triona Maddick, was part of team that organised an evening that saw young professionals from the UK, Australia and New Zealand mixed with established industry leaders, emerging businesses and other aspiring young professionals.

Mark Menzies MP who officially opened the event said, “People who succeed in a time of austerity are those that will reach great success in the future.”

The event showcased a host of aspiring entrepreneurial businesses including Pants to Poverty who stole the show with their dayglo offerings!
