Kathryn Sewell has joined Seven Hills to lead on the operational strategy and human resource management for the firm, bringing with her seven years of management experience from her work at the John Lewis Partnership.
Kathryn cut her teeth on the Waitrose Graduate Management scheme, with experience of managing busy central London branches, including the opening of a new branch.
Her responsibilities ranged from people management to maximising the profitability of the operation.
“Kathryn is a significant hire for us as the company is rapidly expanding,” said co-founder Michael Hayman. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the firm as head of operations and her management expertise will be harnessed to assist with the growth plans for Seven Hills.”
