“London’s buzzing with excitement for MADE”

Coutts

MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival, which is taking place in Sheffield next week, is taking pride of place in the capital as Coutts & Co. and the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills host large-scale showcases of the iconic British brands taking part in this year’s festival. At the landmark London home of Coutts & Co., headline sponsors of MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival 2012, the window display features festival speakers Kanya King, founder of MOBO; Will Butler-Adams, MD of Brompton Bicycle; Wayne Hemingway, founder of Red or Dead and Hemingway Design; Charles Morgan, chairman of Morgan Motors; and Michael Hayman, chairman of MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival. A Morgan motorcar, a MOBO Award, a Brompton Bicycle and Wayne Hemingway’s iconic g-plan furniture are being exhibited in Coutts’ headquarters, on the Strand, over the course of the festival and throughout September. The festival spirit has also reached Victoria Street, where BIS is hosting a showcase for MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival, including a window display featuring Peter Jones CBE and Jude Ower, founder of Playmob, along with an exhibition displaying the Brompton Bicycle and Hemingway brands. They are exhibited inside the department alongside Ella’s Kitchen and King of Shaves products, courtesy of MADE: The Entrepreneur Festival speakers Paul Lindley and Will King, and copies of Welcome to Entrepreneur Country, the recently published book by fellow speaker Julie Meyer.
