Co-founder of Seven Hills Michael Hayman said last week’s MADE festival was the “most special working week” of his life in his Real Business column yesterday.
He praised the Seven Hills team for their hard work, adding: “Although I thought we were working with a team of 20, in the end it turned out to be a team of over 3,000. Everyone who attended, from speakers to tweeters, was on board, helping to make MADE inspire and exhilarate.”
He explains that this was all made possible by the power of people saying “yes” – since, drawing on a speech given by Lord Bilimoria at the festival, Michael explains: “For the entrepreneur, the greatest enemy is ‘no’.”
