Niantic, The Pokémon Company International and Project Everyone have been raising awareness of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development this week at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

17 locations in Davos – one for each Global Goal – were added to Pokémon GO as PokéStops and a Gym on the first day of the forum to remind attendees of the importance of the Global Goals.

The PokéStops attracted some of the leading figures from global politics, business and entertainment gathered at Davos including Bill Gates, Jamie Oliver, Forest Whitaker, Helle Thorning-Schmidt and Professor Muhammad Yunus who all helped ensure those attending remembered the Global Goals initiative.

Seven Hills supported the campaign which was covered widely including Business Insider, Wired and Mashable and many others.
