Seven Hills announces new practice areas and board promotions to fuel future growth

We’re delighted to announce the creation of two new practice areas and two board director promotions to reflect evolving capabilities within the firm and support our future growth plans.

The newly formed practice groups, Purpose and Innovation & Investment, recognise strategically important sub-sets of our existing client base and core areas of strength for business.

The new Purpose practice will be led by director, Krissy Koslicki and will work with purpose-led organisations working to create a lasting and positive impact on the world. This client group spans entrepreneurial challenger brands, multinational businesses defining their purpose, charities, NGOs and philanthropists – all characterised by the positive change they are seeking to achieve.

Director, Jack Davies is taking on the role of practice lead for Innovation & Investment, a new group covering scale-up tech businesses, investors and the places being created to fuel innovation. This group currently includes many of the leading individuals and firms operating in the UK technology community and some of the most visible commentators on the UK’s tech landscape.

In addition, we have promoted two new board directors, Susannah Jackson and Matthew Rowlands, both formerly associate directors, in recognition of their significant contribution to the firm’s growth in recent years.

Eleanor Dampier, director, is taking responsibility for business development and will continue as board level lead on a number of key client relationships.

These announcements come as part of another successful year for the firm.

We delivered our inaugural Change Makers summit in collaboration with Bloomberg earlier this year and established our business TV show – Capital Conversation – in collaboration with the Evening Standard station, London Live. We have expanded our design and content capabilities with new hires to address growing demand. New clients this year include BGF (Business Growth Fund), the UK’s most active investor; Here East, London’s technology and creative campus; campaigning US food group, Hain Celestial and the fast growing travel business, Mr & Mrs Smith.

Emma Johnson, managing director of Seven Hills commented: “We’re proud to work with some of the most dynamic and purposeful organisations operating in the UK today and we continue to develop our offering to meet the evolving requirements of our clients.

“Today’s news emphasises our commitment to building our senior leadership team as we plan for the next phase of growth and recognise emerging areas of strength for us around purpose, scaling tech businesses and those that fuel their development.

“We are delighted to announce Krissy and Jack’s move to lead the new Practice areas, the promotion of Susannah and Matthew and Eleanor’s enhanced role – timely recognition of their superb contributions to the continued growth of Seven Hills and their successful leadership of important relationships for the firm.”
