University of London Confers Highest Honour to Seven Hills Co-founder Michael Hayman

Seven Hills is delighted to announce that its co-founder Michael Hayman MBE has been awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of London at the Foundation Day.

Presented by the University’s Chancellor, Her Royal Highness The Princes Royal, the University of London conferred its highest honour to Michael making him Doctor of Science (Economics) honoris causa.

This year’s Foundation Day marked the 180th anniversary of the creation of the University of London by Royal Charter on 28 November 1836. It also celebrated 80 years since the completion of Senate House, the University’s administrative headquarters.

Other doctorates included The Rt Hon the Baroness Usha Prashar of Runnymede CBE PC Doctor of Laws honoris causa; Baroness Blackstone Doctor of Social Science honoris causa; Professor Peter Kopelman Doctor of Science (Medicine) honoris causa; and Charles Perrin Honorary Fellow.
