Emma Johnson

Emma is an accomplished consultancy leader with 25 years of experience in communications which has spanned senior roles in consultancies in London and Asia Pacific.  As managing director, Emma is responsible for leading the firm’s team to deliver outstanding campaigns for clients.

Her client experience includes creating brand building campaigns for major corporates, delivering reputation for world-class destinations and driving issues-led programmes for fast growth businesses.  Emma advises a range of clients including Canary Wharf Group, Level39, Coutts, Blippar, Instant Impact, Here East, The Jacobsen Corporation and Barking Riverside London – a brand new neighbourhood in east London and one of the most ambitious development projects in the capital.

She led the team to deliver Liverpool’s International Festival for Business, the world’s largest business expo which played host to inward investors from 95 countries and has advised Sheffield’s economic development agency, to re-position the city as a creative centre for fast growth businesses.

In addition, Emma has led integrated campaigns for a number of London destinations including Northbank, City of Westminster, Nine Elms and the former London 2012 Athletes’ Village in east London.  She has also advised the cities of Edinburgh, Liverpool and Dubai on the future attraction of investment and talent.  She was responsible for leading a team to support the government’s GREAT Festival of Creativity in Shanghai working with entrepreneurs and business ambassadors to promote creativity in British business.

In addition, she has worked with organisations including British Business Bank, City of Liverpool, UKTI, Grosvenor, De Beers, MasterCard, Land Securities, Ballymore Group, Delancey and Jumeirah Group.
