Delving into Digitisation with Freeformers

This morning’s Freeformers’ event guided guests through how to best prepare for this transition. Delving into the potential gains businesses can make from digitisation, speakers and guests discussed the importance of having employers support their teams to develop new ways of working and thinking.

The breakfast event covered a variety of themes – including how leaders must adopt a digital-friendly mindset in order to succeed amidst the disruption and meet evolving customer behaviour and expectations.

Hosted by Seven Hills co-founder Michael Hayman MBE, speakers included Freeformers co-founders Adam Freeman and Emma Cerrone, as well as Client Success Lead Sam Stamp and Head of People Honey Clarke. As the second of a series of events looking at digital disruption in financial services, the audience was filled with some of the biggest names in the financial sector, including high-profile figures from Barclays, Lloyds Bank, HSBC and TSB.
