There is a wealth of research that indicates exercise, healthy eating and spending time in green spaces has a positive impact on mental wellbeing, and so throughout the week, a number of activities encouraged the team to step away from their desks and take some time to focus on their health.
Beginning with a healthy team breakfast, the week kicked off with an introduction to Mental Health Awareness Week where it was stressed that ‘it’s ok to not be ok and it’s ok to talk!’
Other activities made the most of the bright weather, with an early-morning yoga session, an after-work run and a picnic in the park.
Amy, Hannah and Sophie also provided top health tips in newsletters throughout the week, and revealed the inaugural Seven Hills cookbook – with more than 20 members of the team sharing their favourite recipes.
