Pitch@Palace 8.0

Congratulations to participants of Pitch@Palace 8.0, The Duke of York’s initiative to help entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses.

The latest event took place last night at St James’s Palace culminating with three winners: Eat Me App, the app which aims to reduce food wastage by informing you of when your food is about to go off; By Miles, which enables drivers to pay insurance based on the number of miles they actually drive, and Zap Go which provides ultra-fast charging carbon options to replace lithium batteries.

Quit Genius, which helps smokers quit using CBT, were the winners of the People’s Choice Award.

Pitch@Palace was created in 2014 by the Duke of York to support entrepreneurs with the acceleration of their business.

Seven Hills played a key role in the development of Pitch@Palace. Of this The Duke of York said:

‘Seven Hills has played a key role in driving forward the project [Pitch@Palace] in an extraordinary way. There is no doubt that the project owes an enormous amount to the support, energy and creativity of the Seven Hills team.’
