RocketSpace: Prepare for Launch

RocketSpace celebrated the launch of its first international campus today in Angel, London.

Founded in 2011, RocketSpace is a state-of-the-art home for fast-growth technology scale-ups. It has, so far, worked with more than 1,000 tech scale-ups in San Francisco. Some of these have gone on to become the most recognisable names in technology: RocketSpace alumni include 18 unicorns, among them Uber and Spotify.

An invite-only breakfast at the Angel technology campus hosted by RocketSpace UK Ecosystem Manager, Priya Guha saw an audience of founders, policymakers and investors gather to celebrate the occasion.

Guests heard from RocketSpace founder Duncan Logan and NatWest and RBS CEO Ross McEwan as they gave their views on the contemporary challenges, trends and opportunities facing tech scale-ups in the UK.

Other speakers included Jacqueline de Rojas, president of techUK, Debbie Wosskow, CEO of LoveHomeSwap and co-founder of AllBright and Jos White, co-founder of Notion Capital.
