seven hills announces leadership promotions

We’re delighted to confirm a number of recent changes to our leadership team including a series of deserved promotions for senior members of the Seven Hills team: Phil Eckardt, Jack Davies, Krissy Koslicki, Matthew Rowlands and Susannah Jackson.

Phil takes on the new role of chief financial officer in recognition of his superb contribution to the financial and operational performance of the business and his leadership during the lockdown.

Jack Davies and Krissy Koslicki take on newly created general manager roles with operational responsibilities for business development and culture & performance, respectively. They will retain their existing roles as practice leads for innovation & investment and purpose & impact.

Matthew Rowlands becomes our new head of campaigning with overall responsibility for driving best practice across all our campaigns, team development and our MissionLab consultancy service. Susannah Jackson becomes head of creative services with responsibility for the further development of our design studio, content and event capabilities.

We expect these well-deserved promotions to further strengthen our business, ensure we continue to deliver consistently excellent work for our clients and retain focus on Seven Hills as a great place to work.

These new roles – in addition to further promotions throughout the team – follow a strong year for the business, a positive response to a year of remote working and fantastic work from the entire team.
