Simply Business clinches Sunday Times accolade

Seven Hills client Simply Business has been named the UK’s best small company to work for by the Sunday Times.

The UK’s largest business insurance provider, which made its debut on the list last year, has climbed from 21st place to top in the mid-sized category, based on a national survey of staff satisfaction.

Simply Business is also a Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company and was recently named in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA.

Launched in 2005, Simply Business provides an online brokerage service delivering policies tailored to individual business requirements and insures over 300,000 SMES in the UK. The company employs almost 300 people across offices in London and Northampton and aims to dominate the UK’s small business insurance market through focus on the customer, an individual commitment to great service and data-driven decision making.

Jason Stockwood, CEO of Simply Business, said: “Every single employee at Simply Business plays a key role in the development and success of the company. That is why taking care of our employees is our priority and we are ecstatic to receive this well-earned accolade that acknowledges this.”

Seven Hills has played a key role in attaining national and regional coverage for Simply Business; most recently the coverage of their High Street Tracker data, which appeared in several publications, including: The Telegraph, Startups and Retail Week. Seven Hill also coordinated the launch of Simply Business’s nation wide report ‘Simply Britain: Backing Business’.
