Executive Assistant to co-founders
As Executive Assistant to co-founders Nick Giles and Michael Hayman, Caroline provides right-hand logistical support and works in the operations team to ensure the smooth-running of the office. Caroline also supports on client accounts, with a focus on providing community management support to Tech London Advocates; liaising with stakeholders, communicating with third parties and coordinating the website and newsletter communication to the 10,000+ members.
She plays a key role in delivering all of TLA’s events, working with the team from conception to delivery, including taking a delegation of 50 to China where she worked with the local partner to coordinate a week long itinerary of events in Shanghai and Beijing. Caroline regularly supports other high profile clients on event delivery including Advertising Week Europe, One Young World and Strava.
