Emily Culpeper


Emily works as a Designer across all Seven Hills’ accounts, and supports the rest of the design team in developing and creating design work for socials, editorial, web and brand artwork for clients.

Emily works closely with new business development, designing proposals for prospective clients. She is also involved in creating social media assets for the Change Makers podcast and for Seven Hills’ social channels, showcasing her developing skills in illustration and animation.

A stand out project for Emily was the MissionLab for Ground Control, which involved developing campaign brand design concepts. This was a highlight for Emily as it enabled her to work closely with the broader team, and resulted in her designs being successfully deployed.

Emily has always enjoyed bringing creativity to every project; pushing clients out of their comfort zones to enable them to progress and align to trends. This is something she learnt when producing in-store design work for Google, with its famously unwavering brand.

In addition to Google, Emily has experience working in-house at Lidl GB, shooting and designing its Christmas magazines, and developing brand-activation for Cadbury. Emily is also fluent in Italian, with her family being originally from northern Italy.
