Emma, in her role as Chief Executive is responsible for the effective and efficient running of Seven Hills; ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding work for clients and creating and maintaining a team culture which is supportive, challenging and rewarding.

In addition, Emma’s expertise in strategic communications gives her the opportunity to work alongside the senior leadership team to develop and implement mission driven campaigns for Dell Technologies, the Girls’ Day School Trust, Hexagon, Ground Control, techUK, the London Stock Exchange’s ELITE programme and Young Enterprise.

She also leads the Seven Hills’ team responsible for MissionLab, the consultancy’s brand strategy proposition working with a broad range of clients from consumer brands and tech start-ups to charitable organisations and major global businesses to better articulate mission, influence customer behaviour and achieve cut-through in the market.

Emma has over 25 years of experience in the communications industry working at consultancies in London and Singapore. She has an established track record as a destination marketeer having advised the cities of Edinburgh, Liverpool and Dubai on inward investment and talent attraction.

She is a trustee of local Wandsworth charity, The South London Relief in Sickness Fund, for those in financial need across the borough and spent five years as a trustee of African Vision Malawi, a charity established to help children and vulnerable people in one of the poorest countries in the world.
