Phil Eckardt


As a highly-experienced chartered accountant, Phil has a deep understanding of fast-growth businesses, providing strategic insight and management information to advise company decision making.

During his years working in practice, Phil worked predominately for SMEs, servicing in an advisory and compliance capacity. His work ranged from writing growth strategies, to advising on profit extraction and other personal tax planning matters.

After his time at a top 40 firm of chartered accountants, Mercer & Hole, in an audit-focused position, Phil spent six months working as the finance manager of the self-funding wing of a children’s charity in Sierra Leone – Street Child.  

Ever since then, he has worked within the London media and marketing space, firstly with Interpublic Group in a financial reporting role, working with agencies such as Golin and Weber Shandwick, before joining Seven Hills in 2014. Phil is hands on across the business in all aspects of finance, operations and legal and works closely with the rest of the senior leadership team.
