Seven Hills launched in 2010, with a mission to champion Britain’s entrepreneurs and celebrate those building new businesses. In the wake of the banking collapse, Michael Hayman MBE and Nick Giles wanted to bang the drum for small businesses and the visionary leaders driving them.
Through their work, Michael and Nick started to see a new breed of leaders emerging. Leaders with an eye for innovation, characterised by a restlessness to see positive change. They authored Mission:
How the Best in Business Break Through, in 2015, which explored the rise of purpose-led companies and sowed the seeds for an agency that puts purpose at its very heart.
Today, we work with mission-driven companies and individuals to bring their ideas to life. These are the entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, business leaders and innovators that are realising the positive potential of business. We call them Change Makers. In a world seeking solutions to pressing challenges, they’ve never been more important.
As the pace of change gathers momentum, society is facing big challenges. We are proud to be working with people trying to address them – from skills to the future of work, disability rights to digital transformation.
We created a platform for these ideas – Change Makers. First an annual Summit and now a podcast, it is a vibrant forum for the world’s most interesting individuals to reflect on ideas, humanity and life lessons for the modern age.
In 2022, Seven Hills was honoured to win the SABRE Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Corporate Consultancy of the Year Award 2022 from PRovoke Media, celebrating our strength across people and culture, performance and campaigns.
