Caroline is Executive Assistant to Seven Hills co-founder Nick Giles

After starting her early career in London, Caroline spent some time abroad in Sydney, working in a number of varied and busy roles for Qantas and Jones Lang LaSalle before returning to the UK and joining Seven Hills.

As well as supporting Nick as his EA, Caroline provides logistical support on client accounts, with a focus on providing Community Management support to Tech London Advocates; liaising with stakeholders, communicating with third parties and coordinating the website and newsletter communication to the 7,000+ members.

She also plays a key role in delivering TLA’s biannual summits, working with the team from conception to delivery. Caroline regularly supports other client teams on event delivery and has worked with high profile clients including Advertising Week Europe, One Young World and Strava.

Caroline graduated from the University of York in 2009 with a degree in Sociology and Social Policy. A keen runner, she completed the London Marathon in 2012 and has also run a number of half-marathons.
