GP Bullhound has launched the tenth edition of its technology predictions report, which identifes the ten trends and innovations that will shape the growth of tech in 2017.
The research finds that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is poised to have the greatest impact on the global technology sector. The technology is predicted to experience widespread consumer adoption, driven by the popular uptake of Virtual Personal Assistants such as Apple Siri and Amazon Alexa.
The report also examines the growth of Europe’s unicorn companies. It highlights the potential for several firms to reach a $10 billion valuation and become ‘decacorns’, namely, BlaBlaCar, Farfetch and HelloFresh.
