seven hills creates new leadership roles to drive future growth

We are delighted to announce two senior promotions within our leadership team that reflect the continued development of the business, the expansion of our service offering and our ambitious growth plans.

Emma Johnson has been appointed to the newly created position of chief executive, in recognition of her outstanding leadership since joining the firm in 2015 as managing director.

Emma has made an enormous contribution to the development of our team, culture, organisation and financial performance over the past four years and in this new role will work with the firm’s founders to deliver against the growth ambitions for the business around its core service areas of campaign strategy, communications, design, events and creative content.

Charlotte Hastings has been promoted to managing director following three highly successful years as our Asia Pacific lead based in Hong Kong. Charlotte brings extensive experience to the role as a longstanding member of the leadership team at Seven Hills and will work closely with Emma and our directors to further strengthen our campaign delivery and the results for clients.

Michael Hayman and Nick Giles, co-founders of Seven Hills, said:

“Emma and Charlotte have each made a massive contribution to the development of Seven Hills over several years and our growing reputation as a leading advisor to ambitious, mission-driven organisations.

“As we approach our tenth anniversary, we are delighted to see Emma and Charlotte take on these new responsibilities and help us build on the positive momentum that we have.”
